Shipping policy
1. Shipping Coverage
Mellary Jewels offers Free standard international shipping to most countries worldwide. Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and local carrier restrictions.
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations with delivery limitations imposed by carriers or customs authorities.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note:
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or holidays. (please allow an additional 3-5 business days)
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry require additional processing time before dispatch.
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard International Shipping: 6–12 business days
In some cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days due to:
- customs clearance
- carrier delays
- destination country regulations
- unforeseen logistical circumstances
All delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Mellary Jewels may offer:
- free shipping promotions, or
- free shipping above a certain order value, depending on current offers
Any applicable shipping fees will always be shown before payment is completed.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are determined by the destination country.
- For most EU destinations, additional customs fees are not expected.
- If customs charges or import taxes are applied by local authorities, the customer is responsible for these charges.
Mellary Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- delivery delays may occur
- additional shipping costs may apply
- the order may be returned or lost
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at: mellaryjewels@gmail.com
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and assist you in resolving the situation.
10. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Do not discard the packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be required for a carrier claim.
8. Force Majeure
Mellary Jewels is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters
- strikes
- carrier disruptions
- customs delays
- global supply chain interruptions
